Building on his consulting work in operations and process improvement, Jay founded SigmaFlow, a process management software company that he grew for 12 years and sold to a private equity firm.
Jay currently is a Vistage peer group advisor and executive coach, where he provides one-to-one meetings that challenge CEO’s to become better leaders, and scale their businesses.
